Participation

• Access is a privilege, not a right. We may revoke access for rule violations at our discretion.
• You must follow the community rules and staff directions.
• You must own a legitimate copy of GTA V and comply with Rockstar's and FiveM's terms.

Supporter perks

• Optional supporter/premium roles provide cosmetic and community perks only.
• We do not sell gameplay advantages (no pay-to-win). Purchases are non-refundable donations supporting server costs unless required by law.

Conduct & liability

• You are responsible for your account, your content, and your character's actions.
• The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or disputes between players.
• We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the Cfx.re project.
